Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EmailForge (a WellerDeveler product) and purchasing our templates, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Delivery

EmailForge sells digital email template packs delivered through Gumroad as Google Docs. Upon purchase, you receive a link to view and copy the Google Doc containing your templates. Access is instant after payment.

License

• Each purchase grants a single-user, personal license to use the templates.
• You may modify and customize templates for your personal or professional use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share the template documents (or modified versions) as a product.
• For team use, contact us at support@wellerdeveler.com for team pricing.

Payments

All payments are processed by Gumroad. Prices are in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds

Gumroad's standard 30-day refund policy applies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund through Gumroad within 30 days.

Updates

Purchased template packs include lifetime access to updates. When we add new templates or improve existing ones, the Google Doc is updated in place -- you always have the latest version.

Disclaimer

All template examples, company names, and scenarios used in our templates are fictional and for illustrative purposes only. Templates are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from using our templates.

Intellectual Property

All templates, copy, and content are the intellectual property of WellerDeveler. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying content or structure.

Limitation of Liability

WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
